L’Estrattore dell’olio essenziale dagli agrumi
L’estrazione degli oli essenziali dagli agrumi fu per molto tempo una delle principali fonti di guadagno per l’economia della provincia di Messina e di Barcellona in particolare. In dialetto siciliano “U Spiritaru” era colui che estraeva dagli agrumi l’essenza alcolica custodita dai pori delle bucce.
